• Major data integration not identified during discovery.

• Enterprise security, governance, legal, or architecture requirements materially beyond the original scope.

• Ongoing daily or weekly operational management after implementation.

Scope is

not defined by a single leader. One leader may own many workflows. Pricing

is based on the defined transformation, implementation burden, and

operational complexity.

Purchase initiates the transformation discovery process. True Horizon Solutions will schedule a scope-confirmation meeting before implementation begins. Final project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and project fees are documented in a consulting agreement.

Projects requiring additional departments, facilities, workflows, enterprise integrations, custom software development, or significant governance requirements may require additional scope and pricing.
